Rivals given chop in top medal haul

KARATE:
SEVENTEEN talented members of the DOJO Karate Centre returned from the National Children’s Championships with 32 medals between them.
The group, who meet at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre, dazzled onlookers throughout the event in Derby.
Karate Sensei Irfan Ansari said: “This was our first outing of the year and to come back with so many medals is simply amazing. I am so pleased with all of them.”
