Double top for Brennan

RUGBY UNION:
STUART Brennan took the plaudits at Oldham RU Club’s awards night.
The back-row forward was named player of the year and players’ player of the year, receiving the William Fox Trophy.
Impressing after joining the first team half way through the season, he demonstrated his flexibility when injuries to team-mates meant he had to switch positions.
The Terry Hurst Trophy for young player of the year went to Jordan McEwen.
