RUGBY:
SADDLEWORTH Rangers were stunned after relinquishing an 18-0 lead at home to Bradford Dudley Hill.
Emmerson Jackman’s side put the National Conference League Division One high-flyers to the sword in the opening quarter, only to succumb 36-18 in the first-round clash.
Two tries from Adam Jeffrey and a Josh Bradbury touchdown — Keil Lancashire kicked three goals — put Rangers in command. But Dudley Hill staged a brilliant comeback to leave home players, officials and fans of the Premier Division side in shell-shock.
Rangers were unable to add to their first-half tally.
