Kamran blitz puts Stayley in charge

KAMRAN Hussain smashed 152 as Stayley saw off Shaw in the Saddleworth League’s Tanner Cup first round.
Hussain inspired his side to 287 all out, with Shaw still 96 runs short of their target when the final wicket fell. Stuart Mellor claimed five for 33 for Stayley.
Bamford Fieldhouse cruised past Micklehurst, dismissing their opponents for 75 before winning the contest with seven wickets to spare.
Moorside's Francis Sutherland posted 108 as his side roared to 223 for five against Droylsden, who were all out for 159.
Michael Schofield led the resistance for Droylsden, posting 58.
A knock of 42 from S Butt helped Hollinwood get the better of Greenfield.
Hollinwood dismissed their rivals for 121 before comfortably reaching their goal for the loss of four wickets.
John Selby and Gerry Snyman were the stars of the show in Heyside's defeat of Saddleworth.
Snyman managed 67 and Selby wasn't far behind with 65 as their side made it to 205 before the last wicket went.
Saddleworth were all out for 168 despite a plucky 53 from Quaiser Rashid.
