Uppermill’s stellar season

FOOTBALL:
UPPERMILL are reflecting on a superb campaign in the Huddersfield and District League.
The seconds lifted the Richardson Cup after a 1-0 win over Meltham at Hade Edge.
Simon Poulter’s side also finished runners-up in Reserves Division One. The thirds claimed top spot in Reserves Division Two.
Title glory in the Huddersfield Works League Division Two went to Michael Barry’s fourth team.
And the fifths secured their second successive title by winning Reserves Division Three.
