CRICKET:
DELPH’S cricketers look to get their Drakes Huddersfield Premiership campaign back on track tomorrow when they entertain Shepley.
Grant Jones’ side have lost three successive matches in the league, putting a serious dent in their title aspirations after finishing second last term.
Sunday sees them host New Farnley in the Heavy Woollen Cup second round, and 24 hours later it’s back to league duty with a trip to Slaithwaite.
WOODHOUSES go to Prestwich tomorrow in Lees Brewery Lancashire County League Division One.
Mike Cassidy’s team are hoping to bounce back from the disappointing home reverse they suffered at the hands of Stretford last time out. On Sunday, Woodhouses go to Great Eccleston in the Village Cup area final.
