More misery for Werneth

CRICKET: WERNETH'S Lake Garage CLL woes continued with a dismal home defeat at the hands of Monton and Weaste.
Taking first guard, the Coppice outfit crumbled to 104 all out — pro Paul Green taking five for 23 and Danny Collins four for 20 — at which point rain intervened.
Monton were set a revised target of 75, which they reached for the loss of four wickets.
Oldham are also stuck at the wrong end of the table and things got no better for them with a five-wicket defeat at Walsden.
Home pro Ranil Dhammika took six for 38 as Oldham were bowled out for 165.
And Matthew Dawson's unbeaten 78 settled it for Walsden, who knocked off the runs with five wickets down.
