Delph see off title hopefuls

CRICKET:
DELPH earned an impressive victory over high-flying Elland in the Drakes Huddersfield Premiership.
Kevin Hook's 44 helped Grant Jones' side to 125 all out, and second-placed Elland were dismissed for 110, Arron Lilley claiming seven for 55.
In Lees Brewery Lancashire County League Division one, Woodhouses endured a miserable weekend.
They were dismissed for 95 by Woodbank, who earned a five-wicket triumph.
And 24 hours later Mike Cassidy’s men were beaten again.
Nick Doyle made 115 as they posted 249 for seven, only for Denton St Lawrence to reach their goal with six wickets to spare.
