Norden in final

CRICKET:

NORDEN reached the final of the John Willie Lees Wood Cup last night with a comfortable victory over Milnrow at Woodhouse Lane.

Milnrow were bowled out for 180 in reply to their hosts’ 261 for five.

The final of the Lake Garage CLL’s premier knock-out competition, between Norden and Middleton, will be held at the latter’s Towncroft ground on Sunday (1.30pm).
