NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL:
TWO of our local sides are in FA Cup action tomorrow, dreaming of the road to Wembley.
In the famous old competition's preliminary round, Chadderton entertain Maltby Main and Mossley host Bootle.
For Mossley, of Evo-Stik League Division One North, it is their first involvement in this season’s tournament.
Chadderton earned their place at this stage by overcoming hosts Emley 2-0.
Bootle aren’t total strangers to Mossley as their player-manager Neil Prince is a former team-mate of Lilywhites boss Steve Halford at Droylsden.
There isn't just a place in the next round of the cup at stake: winners at this stage receive £1,750 as part of the Budweiser sponsorship of the national competition.
