FOOTBALL:
CHADDERTON go into this weekend knowing their Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One prospects are in safe hands.
Goalkeeper Dale Latham has received the NWCL goalkeeper of the month award after impressive displays for Paul Buckley’s side.
The 20 year old will be present and correct for tomorrow’s trip to leaders AFC Darwen.
Secretary Dave Shepherd said: “Dale thoroughly deserves this recognition because he has been in great form.
“Dale is a big part of what we are trying to achieve at this club. We are delighted for him.”
OLDHAM Boro face a daunting trip to Formby tomorrow in NWCL Division One.
The hosts, second in the table, have won all seven matches so far this term. Boro are 14th.
MOSSLEY travel to FC United in the FA Trophy first qualifying round.
The Lilywhites, top of Evo-Stik League Division One North, go into the clash on the back of a 3-3 draw at Ossett Albion.
