Waterhead target win double
Date published: 05 October 2012
WATERHEAD joint coaches Paul Geener and Jon Perks are leaving nothing to chance as they prepare for the visit of Crosfields in National Conference League Division Two tomorrow.
Win the remaining two games and the tean goes up, says the Peach Road camp.
Victory on Saturday would be good enough if Dewsbury Celtic, in fourth place, slip up at home to Elland - but Geener and Perks are aiming to finish the season with a flourish.
Captain Kieran Grennan misses the match due to a knee injury, but experienced pair Carl Sneyd and Alan Williamson are in contention.
Prop Andrew Sands takes over as skipper.
In the Premier Division already-relegated Saddleworth Rangers are at home to West Hull tomorrow.
In Division One, Oldham St Anne’s entertain Stanley Rangers.
All matches kick-off at 1pm.
