CARRION Crow pulled off the shock of the Midas Plumbing Oldham Sunday League Challenge Cup first round with an 8-2 home victory over Manchester Swifts.
Callum Beckett and Daniel Fitzhugh both notched hat-tricks for the Martin Buckley Division Two side, with Martin Knowles adding a brace.
Red Star eased to a 5-1 defeat of Kenyon Arms courtesy of a Ryan Hobin brace and efforts from Chris McDonald, Carl Beamish and Cane Duffy.
Kenyon’s consolation came via Mick Cooper.
