RUGBY:
JONNY Fullalove kicked a dramatic late conversion to his own try which earned Higginshaw a 16-16 draw at Blackpool Scorpions in the North-West Counties Winter League.
The last-minute intervention from Fullalove sealed Higgy's superb comeback.
Higginshaw were 16-4 adrift with 10 minutes remaining. After pulling one score back through Ryan O'Donnell - with Fullalove converting - man-of-the-match David Sweeney passed to Mark Ward. He fed Fullalove, who dived over in the corner, then kicked a superb goal from out wide to make the scores level.
Higginshaw are now sixth in the table.
HOLLINWOOD picked up their second win of the season - 44-28 at home to Whitkirk Bulldogs in Division Five of the North-West Counties Winter League.
Young forwards Ben Morris and Jack Donbavand showed up well for Hollinwood against a big, well-drilled side.
