Carl Henderson (Fitton Hill) clear under pressure from Oddies’ Ricky Cropper
FITTON Hill staged a great second-half comeback to register an emphatic victory over Oddies Athletic in the Midas Plumbing Oldham Sunday League Jack Abbott Premier Division at the Royton and Crompton 3G.
David Simms and Paul Dolmore found the target for Athletic with the match just past the half hour mark.
At that stage, Athletic looked unstoppable, but a spot-kick awarded to Hill — and converted by Stephen Grimshaw — close half time, gave the away side the boost they needed.
