Mossley aiming to bounce back

FOOTBALL: MOSSLEY are on a recovery mission in Evo-Stik League Division One North tomorrow.
The high flyers play host to sixth-placed Farsley, weather permitting.
The Lilywhites go into the game on the back of a 2-0 defeat by title rivals Trafford, which cut their lead to a couple of points. It was their first loss away of the season.
Farsley are going well, but Mossley should have the edge: they beat their opposition in September when player-manager Steve Halford, Adam Mather, Chris Rowney and Ben Richardson got the goals in a 4-0 win.
OLDHAM Boro manager Tony Mills will expect maximum points when they welcome Daisy Hill in Vodkat North-West Counties League, Division One tomorrow.
While Boro, in seventh, held promotion hopefuls Abbey Hey to a goalless draw last weekend, third-bottom Hill were beaten 3-1 by Chadderton.
CHADDERTON are at home to fourth-placed Atherton Collieries. The Broadway outfit put last Saturday’s game to bed inside the opening 10 minutes, with goals from Karl Valentine and Nathan Bourne providing a 2-0 lead. Matty Russell got the third late on, and manager Paul Buckley will be hoping his men are as decisive tomorrow.
