IT was a case of after the Lord Mayor’s Show for Oldham Boro, who lost 2-1 at home to Nelson in Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One last night.
James Curley (77) scored the consolation for Tony Mills’ side, after goals from Ian Robinson (42) and Ashley Higgins (57, penalty) for the visitors.
It was a disappointing night for Boro, who had beaten high-flying AFC Darwen 48 hours earlier.
