RUGBY:
SADDLEWORTH Rangers suffered a shock exit in round two of the Tetley’s Challenge Cup.
Emmerson Jackman’s side, from NCL Division One, were favourites to join the likes of Oldham RL and other Championship clubs in tomorrow’s night draw.
However, Pennine League Premier Division high-flyers Hunslet Old Boys proved too strong in a surprise 24-0 victory.
Rangers found themselves 10 points adrift at the break and Hullock, Kieran Murphy and Jerome Malcolm went in again for the Old Boys in the second period, while Fields kicked a goal.
