Bobby dazzler is Legends’ cup hero

FOOTBALL: BOBBY Fulham was Legends’ hat-trick hero as they thumped Oldham GPO 8-2 in the quarter-finals of the Midas Plumbing Oldham Sunday League Cup Challenge Cup.
Dave Laryea (two), Chris Pauley, Gareth Morris and Leighton Stephenson made up Legends’ tally, with Lee Cumpsty and Peter Kessell replying.
Crompton House Old Boys had G Hill and J Hill bagging hat-tricks in their 8-1 win against Limeside Gardeners Rest ‘A’. Brown and Rowbottom also scored.
Limeside King George made the last four thanks to a 4-2 win at Failsworth Athletic.
Rifle Range ‘A’ beat Fitton Hill Rangers 4-2 as Ryan Fagan (two), Nathan Eastmond (penalty) and D Jackman were on the mark.
In David Giblin Division One, Manchester Swifts edged out Springhead Libs ‘A’ 2-1 thanks to Josh Lockett and Jordan Boswell. Chris Riley netted for Libs.
Paul Collins and Darren Walsk grabbed a brace apiece as Anglers Arms won 5-3 at Kenyon FC. Paul Naylor scored Anglers’ fifth, while Aiden Dunnington, Shaun Schofield and Antonio Rizelli replied.
L Mack pounced to score all of FC Dynamos’ goals in their 4-0 victory at Willow Tavern.
