Gutsy Hollinwood off the bottom

RUGBY:
HOLLINWOOD moved off the foot of the Pennine League Fifth Division table after winning a basement battle against Wakefield outfit Crofton Cougars.
The team featured several good individual performances.
Jack Pemberton opened the scoring, and Andy Gorey converted to give the visitors a six-point lead.
Gorey converted two out of three attempts to take the score to 24 points to 10 at half time.
Crofton brought out several second-half substitutes, but the Hollinwood defence was first class
