Acid test for Waterhead

RUGBY: ANDY Sands is refusing to let the impressive record of hosts Wigan St Jude’s bother him as he prepares his side for tomorrow’s National Conference League clash (2.30pm).
Leaders Saints have so far carried all before them in Division One, with seven wins from eight games.
Waterhead, after promotion last season, are going nicely in mid-table, two points off Oulton Raiders in second place.
I’m not worried about them. I prefer to concentrate on ourselves,” said Sands.
OLDHAM St Anne’s sit comfortably in the middle of the pack in Division Two.
Chris Deakin’s men will be confident of building on their demolition of Castleford Panthers last weekend when they welcome second-bottom Stanningley to Higginshaw Road tomorrow (2.30pm).
SADDLEWORTH Rangers do not have a fixture tomorrow.
