CRICKET: Woodhouses have a tough task in the Lees Brewery Lancashire County League tomorrow.
Fourth-placed Woodhouses are away to Prestwich, two places above them in the standings. The match starts at 1pm.
Woodhouses will be in high spirits following last weekend’s high-scoring victory against Cheetham Hill, in which both sides scored more than 300 runs.
DELPH will be desperate to get back to winning ways in the Drakes Huddersfield League Premiership after a shock last weekend.
Grant Jones’s men were beaten by rock-bottom Marsden – and dropped to sixth in the divisio.
At home tomorrow they face another stuttering side, Holmfirth, and will need full points to keep their thin title hopes alive.
Holmfirth were well beaten at Elland last Saturday, while on Tuesday night Delph’s spirits were lifted when they got into next weekend’s All Rounder Twenty 20 Cup final.
Tomorrow’s match starts at 1.30pm.
