RUNNING: CHRISTOPHER Brown sliced seven seconds off his personal best time representing Greater Manchester in the Northern Intercounty Championships in Hull.
The Crompton House pupil and Trafford MV athlete recorded four minutes 15.16 seconds in the 1,500m to finish seventh.
