CRICKET:
HEYSIDE, the holders, and Moorside completed the Twenty20 finals’ day line-up with emphatic victories in the two rearranged ties.
Gerrie Snyman, Heyside’s Namibian professional, smashed an unbeaten 126 in his team’s daunting 230 for six at home to Greenfield.
The visitors managed only 108 for seven.
Francis Sutherland also hit a ton of runs, 113 not out, as Moorside piled up 199 for two at Shaw, who succumbed to 114 in reply.
Already though to finals’ day on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26, were host club Micklehurst and Droylsden.
