CROMPTON bowler James Allott achieved a hat-trick in his team’s rain-hit draw at Werneth on Saturday.
His feat was the highlight of figures of four for 30 as Werneth were bowled out for 155.
Crompton skipper Carl Taylor continued his recent good bowling form with four for 72, while Werneth
skipper Matt Taylor hit 47 and Joe Taylor 42.
Not one march in the Championship or the Premier Division reached a conclusion. Royton were 88 for four against Unsworth when the elements intervened.
And Oldham were 106 for nine against Monton and Weaste when rain ruled out any further play.
