Changes at town team

RUGBY UNION: OLDHAM RU’s team to play Trafford MV at home tomorrow shows no new faces, but the club hopes to make new signings before the league campaign begins on September 14.
Gareth Barber has taken over as player/coach from Guy Lovgreen – who has joined Sedgley Park – and retains the captain’s role. He will be assisted by Luke Roscoe, who has taken charge of the forwards.
Barber will moves to centre for tomorrow’s friendly clash, with Jordan McEwan taking over the stand-off role.
Michael Bleese is likely to step up from the second team to make his first-team debut in the forwards.
Jake Watson will be leading the pack from hooker.
