MOSSLEY are right back on track after they secured their first Evo-Stik Division One North victory of the season in dramatic fashion.
Hosting fellow strugglers Ramsbottom United, the Lilywhites followed the midweek win over Padiham with a second 4-3 success.
The Lilywhites found themselves behind at half-time. But within 15 minutes of the restart, the hosts had surged into a 3-1 lead courtesy of goals from sub Dougie Carroll, Wayne Welbeck and Charlie Anderson.
The Lilywhites were coasting to victory, only for Rammy to level things 3-3 as sub Tom Brooks pounced twice in the closing 15 minutes.
Andy Keogh won the game for Mossley, as he pounced dramatically just as the game was entering stoppage time.
The long-awaited three points lifted Mossley into 18th place, clear of the early relegation places.
The Lilywhites host Droylsden tomorrow in the Manchester Premier Cup (7.45pm kick-off).
MIDFIELDER Matty Russell scored his ninth goal in 11 games this season as CHADDERTON won 1-0 at North-West Counties League top-flight side Alsager Town in the FA Carlsberg Vase second qualifying round.
Russell slotted home from the penalty spot five minutes into the second half.
OLDHAM BORO were thumped 5-1 at home by Congleton Town in the Vase. Lee Bancroft scored for the hosts.
Tonight Chadderton are at home to high-flying Nelson, while Boro travel to Rochdale Town (both 7.45pm kick-offs).
