RUGBY: WATERHEAD chiefs are on the look-out for an experienced head coach who might guide the club to the National Conference League Premier Division.
The Peach Road outfit could well be two divisions away from the NCL top flight by the time the new man takes over for the 2014 season, but club president Allan Booth believes there is potential - for the right candidate.
Booth said: “We’ve got to get the right man in place because this is a big club that can really scale the heights. We showed lots of promise last season when we gained promotion from Division Two to Division One, but this season it just seems to have gone bump.
“We need to build this club up again, and with the right man at the top we can definitely do that.”
“We’re after someone with good experience rather than perhaps lots of qualifications, so there must be someone out there who fancies a crack at what promises to be a great job.”
Interested applicants are invited to send a cv to Simon Holland, 21, Saint Ambrose Road, Oldham, OL1 4AU.
