THAI BOXING:
THREE Siam Camp fighters returned from Bali with a cherished medal each after starring at the prestigious President’s Cup competition.
Representing the England Muay Thai Federation at a showpiece event on the Indonesian isle, Bradley Tunnacliffe (20) won a gold medal, while Bethany Gee (17) and William White (19) won silvers.
Twelve countries were represented at the tournament, so securing a medal each was a terrific achievement.
Trainers from the Fitton Hill-based Siam Camp would like to thank the Community Group Network for donating a sum of money towards the Bali trip expenses. They also saluted everyone else who offered their support in helping prepare the three competitors for the event.
All three athletes are now training hard as they hope to book their places in the England squad for next year’s World Championships in Thailand.
