Chadderton aim to swap places
Date published: 21 February 2014
NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: CHADDERTON could be on the move in North-West Counties League Division One by tea time tomorrow.
The Butterworth Street club hit the road to Atherton LR, who are two points and one place above them in sixth.
Players have been kicking their heels in frustration in recent weeks as rain has taken its toll of fixtures.
The last time Chadderton set foot on a pitch in anger was on February 1 when they were held to a goalless draw by lowly Daisy Hill.
OLDHAM Boro have also suffered at the hands of the elements.
Tony Mills' side’s most recent outing was on February 3 when they lost 2-0 at home to Atherton Collieries.
Boro are also on their travels tomorrow as they go to fifth-placed Hanley Town who, with games in hand, are in with a shout of promotion.
MOSSLEY have no game this weekemd
