Mossley miss out

NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL:
HOLDERS Mossley were sent crashing out of the Manchester Premier Cup at the semi-final stage last night.
The Lilywhites were beaten 3-0 at Seel Park as former player Michael Oates scored twice and Simon Hackney – before being sent off – added a third.
Mossley’s Kevin McGrath was also shown a red card in the second half.
The Lilywhites are back in Evo-Stik Division One North action on Saturday at Lancaster City.
Oldham Boro went down 2-0 at Eccleshall in the North-West Counties League First Division.
