FOOTBALL:
CHADDERTON slipped a place to 11th in the North-West Counties League First Division table following last night’s 3-0 defeat at fellow mid-table side AFC Darwen.
Martin Parker, Paul Posteraro and Bobby Langford scored for the hosts. Chaddy return to league action on Saturday with a trip to Cheadle Town.
