Chaddy and Boro taste defeat
Date published: 08 April 2014
IT was a miserable weekend for Chadderton and Oldham Boro in the North-West Counties League First Division.
Chaddy went down to a goal in each half from hosts Cheadle Town. Boro fared little better as they went down 3-1 at home against Hanley Town.
It’s derby day next for Chaddy when they travel to Boro on April 19.
Before that Boro have three games – at Holker Old Boys on Thursday, at AFC Darwen on Saturday, before they then welcome Ashton Town a week tonight.
Meanwhile, Boro have snapped up Adam Owens from St Helens Town.
MOSSLEY were without an Evo-Stik League Division One North fixture. They return to action tomorrow with a home game against Northwich (7.45pm kick-off).
