Lake Garage CLL will have 18 teams in 2015 after Heyside (Saddleworth and District League) and Elton (Bolton Association) were accepted at a special meeting.
At one point nine clubs had applied to join the league, but some withdrew their applications and others were turned down.
The three clubs rejected were former Saddleworth League club Bamford Fieldhouse, Bolton CC and Dean and Derby CC.
Heyside and Elton will take their place in the Championship - the second tier of the CLL - next season.
The CLL will need to decide the make up of the two divisions next summer, but the most simple solution would be to promote two teams to the Premier Division from the Championship and relegate only one from the top division, leaving two sections of nine teams.
