YOUNG Saddleworth Rangers star Jack Johnson played his part as England Academy snatched a last-gasp 34-30 victory over France.
The youngster, who is attached to Warrington Wolves, touched down between the posts with five minutes to go. Dave Hewitt kicked the conversion to level the scores.
England then snatched a try with the last play of the game.
