OLDHAM town team, who successfully defended their Lancashire GMC Elite Super Eights title this season, will represent their association in a 63-strong team event at Hull Arena on Sunday week, August 10.
Having reached the quarter-finals last year, Oldham will be looking to go even farther.
They have had plenty to celebrate this season, with two of their players particularly successful.
England international Mark McGeeney (pictured) has been named the county’s top player and also returned the highest overall three-darts average in the Super Eights campaign.
And his team-mate Paul Cartwright recorded the best one-off average of any player in the season, his 106.75 being one any top professional would have been proud of.
OLDHAM are looking for a sponsor to help with the cost of transport to Hull. If you can help, ring Graham Anderson on 07970 779214.
