Swift return suits Chadderton

CHADDERTON will be desperate to shake off the acute disappointment of midweek when they host Wigan Robin Park tomorrow in the North-West Counties League First Division (3pm).
On the opening day of the new season Chaddy won 2-1 at Daisy Hill thanks to Rob Flint’s brace.
However, on Tuesday their first home game of the campaign saw a 4-1 defeat by Rochdale Town.
To make matters worse, Flint was sent off in the second half, though his suspension will not take effect until after the Robin Park clash.
o OLDHAM Boro will hope to get off the mark tomorrow away at Widnes (3pm).
Tony Mills’ side opened their campaign with a scarcely-deserved 2-1 home defeat by Cheadle Town.
MOSSLEY do not kick-off their new Evo-Stik League Division One North campaign until Saturday week when they travel to Harrogate Railway Athletic.
Tomorrow they complete their pre-season friendly programme with a home fixture against Tameside neighbours Curzon Ashton (3pm kick-off).
It has been an encouraging summer so far for the Lilywhites.
They have won five and drawn one of eight friendly games. The two they lost were against Conference National pair opposition.
