OLDHAM Boro turned on the style in the second half to beat Ashton Town 3-1 in Division One of the North-West Counties League last night.
Tony Mills’ side led through a Lee Bancroft header after 23 minutes, only for Sean Robinson to equaliser for the visitors on the half-hour mark.
Lee Scanlon’s effort restored Boro’s lead after 65 minutes, before Matthew Landregan’s cheeky chip 10 minutes later sealed their first victory of the season.
