Blue Club ace Kershaw hits the ground running

SNOOKER: REECE Kershaw means business in the 2013-24 Oldham Amateur Snooker League season.
He recorded a break of 73 as Blue Club ‘A’ beat visitors Springbank 4-2.
Martin Merrington, of Stanley Road ‘A’, has also made a solid start with breaks of 45 and 37 in successive weeks.
Martin Kennedy and Y Khan were quickly into the groove, chalking-up breaks of 35 and 30 respectively helping North Chadd ‘B’ secure a battling 3-3 draw at Nimble Nook.
But Chadderton Reform is setting the early pace from Nimble Nook and Stanley Road ‘B’.
