RUGBY:
HOLLINWOOD’S search for a first win in Pennine League Division Five goes on after they were swept aside 56-0 at Thornhill Trojans.
The visitors could field only 13 players for the trip to Dewsbury, while Thornhill were strengthened by first-teamers without a premier division game.
After conceding three tries in the opening 10 minutes, there was no way back for Hollinwood as they struggled to come to terms with their more experienced opponents.
Hollinwood officials praised those players who made the effort of travelling to West Yorkshire, and said they may have to bring in new recruits in order to bolster the squad.
