FAILSWORTH football starlet Katie Zelem is up for an award.

Zelem (18), an England under-20s and Liverpool Ladies star, has been shortlisted for the FA Women’s Super League Development League “Players’ Player of the Year” award.

The former Blue Coat School pupil is up against Natasha Baptiste of Aston Villa and Arsenal’s Carla Humphrey for the top honour, which will be handed out at an awards night on November 14.
