TABLE TENNIS:
IT was a case of roles reversed in Division One of the Oldham and District Table Tennis League.
After losing 10-0 in their previous top-flight clash, leaders Glodwick ‘A’ dished out an emphatic 9-1 defeat against a Werneth ‘A’ side who had won by an identical scoreline a week earlier.
Elsewhere in Division One, Saddleworth ‘A’, including a treble from Ian McLean, overcame Hollinwood ‘A’ 9-1.
