HEYSIDE had few problems in seeing off Black Horse 7-1 in the Huddersfield FA Challenge Cup.
The Huddersfield League Division Two high-fliers convincingly dispatched their Division Four visitors.
Any chances of an upset were gone by half-time, with the hosts 3-0 up.
The first goal came from Daniel Dunn as he cut inside the visiting full-back and drilled a left-foot strike into the top corner from 20 yards. The in-form James Leonard was next to register as he beat the ’keeper with little fuss. The third goal came from Chris Ollerton, who linked well with Reece Hursthouse before calmly slotting home.
The hosts piled on the misery for Black Horse when Nathan Tossum scored his first goal for the club, before Leonard nipped in to score his second of the game.
Midway through the second half Black Horse scored a consolation goal, but Danny Pauley nodded home his first goal for the club to complete the rout.
