Leaders get the breaks

SNOOKER:
BREAKS of 39 from T Jump and 30 from J McLoughlin were enough to secure frame victories and the aggregate point for Oldham Amateur Snooker League leaders North Chadderton ‘A’ in their hard-fought 3-3 draw at Stanley Road ‘B’.
The breaks were also flowing for North Chadderton ‘B’ in their match at home to Deaf ‘B’.
Y Khan’s 32 and M Kennedy’s 31 were enough to seal their respective frames and give the hosts a 4-2 win.
A delegates meeting will be held on Sunday (12.30pm) at Chadderton Reform.
At cards, North Chadderton ‘B’ continue to lead the way despite a 3-0 reverse at home to Deaf ‘B’. Blue Club ‘B’ are in second place.
TARA ‘B’ continue to lead the way in the Saw-Tech Shaw Snooker League.
Having lost only one game all season, they maintained their superb run with a 4-2 victory at Comrades ‘B’.
