CHURCHILL playing fields, Greenfield, is the venue for the Saddleworth Rangers versus Waterhead Standard Challenge Cup tie on Saturday, January 24.

Fitton Hill Bulldogs and holders Rochdale Mayfield lock horns 24 hours later at Hathershaw College in the competition. Both matches kick-off at 2pm.

THERE was still everything to play for with 10 minutes to go of Hollinwood’s clash at East Leeds in Pennine League Division Five.

The visitors were trailing by six points, but a converted try clinched victory for the West Yorkshire outfit.
