SCOTT Woolley won the Wilds of Oldham individual handicap at Chadderton Cot when he defeated Stuart Mercer 21-20 in a thrilling final.

Victory for the Nimble Nook player brought down the curtain on another excellent winter’s bowling on the artificial surface.

Earlier, Waterloo and Taunton added the Carling Team Knock-out Cup to their ‘A’ Division title when they successfully conceded 42 start to ‘B’ Division champions Nimble Nook.
