Saints back in action against Blackbrook

RUGBY: OLDHAM St Anne’s return from a three-week absence when they host Blackbrook in the Kingstone Press National Conference League tomorrow.
And rather than being rusty from the break, Saints coach Mick Fogerty reckons it has been a blessing in disguise.
He said: “To be honest, we were poor in the first two games (both defeats) and the break has allowed us to rectify a few things.
“We also picked up seven injuries, and a number of those are okay now.
“Admittedly, we haven’t had much luck so far, but you do have to make your own luck sometimes.”
Fogerty is boosted by the return of Dane English and Alan Williamson for the Division Two clash.
English has had a testicle removed — it had been troubling him for a couple of years — while Williamson has overcome a knee injury.
SADDLEWORTH Rangers are on their travels in Division One — they go to Hunslet Warriors — while WATERHEAD Warriors head to Eastmoor Dragons in Division Three.
Waterhead pushed Wibsey Warriors close last weekend — only five points separated the two sides after a topsy-turvy encounter — and coach Mick Slicker junior will be hoping a first win is just around the corner for the Peach Road club.
