FOOTBALL: CHADDERTON’S North-West Counties League First Division play-off hopes still hang in the balance following a 1-1 draw at Cheadle Town.
With two games now left to play – the next tomorrow night away at derby rivals Oldham Boro – Chaddy are two points adrift of Barnton in the final play-off spot. Barnton have one game left.
Daniel Murray scored at Cheadle, before Richard Whyatt levelled late on.
Boro lost 1-0 at home against Holker Old Boys.
