CRICKET:
NOT a ball was bowled in the Lake Garage CLL on Saturday, so every team with a scheduled fixture received two points.
WOODHOUSES slipped to ninth place in the Greene King Lancashire County League following a comprehensive defeat at Denton St Lawrence.
The hosts took first knock at Sycamore Park and scored a respectable 168 for eight. But 'Houses failed miserably in their reply as they were skittled for 59.
Woodhouses' match on Saturday at Stand was washed out.
DELPH'S Drakes Huddersfield League Premiership clash at Elland on Saturday was abandoned without a ball bowled.
