Mossley denied at the death

FOOTBALL: MOSSLEY were denied another Evo-Stik League Division One North victory last night as Witton Albion grabbed a 94th-minute equaliser.

It was looking good for the Lilywhites when Dave Short broke the deadlock with just five minutes to go. But Albion sub Ben Mills levelled with almost the final kick of the game as Mossley conceded for the first time this season.

Chadderton are still without a win so far: their home North-West Counties League First Division clash against Bacup Borough ended goalless.
